Our stay at this hotel was comfortable, with some great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, which was very relaxing, and the bed which was extremely comfortable. The location was great, situated in a peaceful and natural setting. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were happy to help us with any requests we had.

We did notice some issues during our stay. Some facilities were not up to 5-star level, and the housekeeping was not as thorough as we would have liked.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the heart of the jungle on the side of a mountain. The hotel facilities were all beautifully designed and well maintained. The cleanliness of our room was top-notch, and it was cleaned every day to a high standard. We loved the fact that the public pool felt like a private pool to us due to the few guests at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even helped us to book excursions and a private car when needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the town and closer to the beautiful Lamai beach, which we visited frequently.

Nestled in a lush jungle, this hotel offers a luxurious and serene stay. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us book excursions and fix motorbike issues. the comfortable room was cleaned daily and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the fresh food at the restaurant was amazing and made to order. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was a great place to relax and unwind.

While we were impressed with this hotel, the only minor issue we had was the infrequent shuttle bus times to the Spa and wellness centre. this was quickly resolved as the staff were happy to help us arrange alternative transport.

The hotel design is stunning and the pool is relaxing. the Christmas dinner was delicious and made with fresh produce. the hotel is situated in a quiet location a short walk from the beach.

The walk to the beach can be unpleasant due to the presence of aggressive stray dogs. Some amenities were not up to a 5-star standard, such as the bathroom cleanliness and water pressure in the shower.

Although it is a 20-minute walk away from the beach, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to its sister property by the beach. Guests can unwind in the serene atmosphere of their bungalows that boast a cozy bed, sizable bathroom, and a terrace with a view of the gorgeous jungle. the staff is courteous, check-in is smooth, and the breakfast is hearty.
